WOW...… The Tanzanian government (or whoever pulls the strings) really have got it in for Intra Energy haven't they.
If Tancoal has submitted a payment plan, then I read that as a negative to having the government reverse the $10.4Mil in fictitious royalties (which never existed) from years beforehand.

Now the Tanzanian Revenue Authority is investigating the tax position of the company and its employees. Unbelievable.
If IEC survives after paying off Caspian, we'll just be saddled with more debt for years to come.

I hope our accountants have all their ducks lined up.
I say to management...… don't give up! Don't let them break you! Make them understand you aren't walking away and they will just have to accept a symbiotic relationship between business, customers, citizens of Tanzania and the government.
I still feel they want this for themselves now that the hard work has been done.
