Given that we are about to enter GFC 2, this share is only for the true believers in the pub market. If GFC2 comes to fruition, credit to overleveraged operators like IEF may be squeezed or very expensive. It will also hurt pub asset values too.

I reckon at best you will not see a distribution for many years from this baby, so as an investor, I ask the question - why hold it?
