Thats what im saying if its counter offer or bidding war then shouldnt $3.80 be the right price considering you think $4 is the minimum?
The market is factoring in the board thinking that IFL is worth a LOT more than what it really is and hence rejecting the Bain bid. This will send the SP down to $3.
