The last offer (Bain) arrived on the evening of Thursday Dec 12 and the company announced the board’s rejection of it on the morning of Wednesday Dec 18.
This offer (CC Capital) arrived on Friday Jan 3. I don’t believe there is a strict deadline for considering these things, but if it follows a similar review process as Bain’s then we could - perhaps - expect an indication on Thurs or Fri this week. I guess it really depends on what to-ing and fro-ing might be going on over price & terms, or an intervening receipt of a further improved offer from Bain or another. All we can really do is wait for the board to make a determination/recommendation.
