Folk seem to forget the value of this company before the corporate shinnanigans with the wheels falling off due to being hauled across the coals by the authorities for half a decade. Now with this behind them, modern scalable systems, cleaner structure, and a rebalanced balance sheet with the holding on to dividends at present, these non binding offers are nothing more than low ball tire kickers. If we sell out at anything like the offer, we all deserve what we get and the Board and CEO are a bunch of muppets. However, I'm ever hopeful that this board and CEO are on to a rebuild of substance here and we should hold on for the ride. AIMHO DYOR.
