With 2 bidders it is interesting - if one bidder wants cheaper price then IFL sign with another bidder. If one of the bidder wants more time to re-evaluate market conditions then IFL sign contract with another bidder. So if both bidders wants take over IFL then most probably take over price will be min. $5 and Scheme Implementation Deed will be signed in next 2 weeks.
