    I think either bidder will lob the lowest bid possible $5.

    If they both bid at $5 then they might go a few cents higher each.

    End of the day market will do what it does but it will always go up.

    Retirement savings though contribution will continue increase FUM over the long term. This is juiced up with investment returns.

    So this is the chance for Bain and CC to take IFL at $5. They could wait and do the dance again.

    But the markets don't really crash for very long these days before govts intervene with money printing and stimulus.
