its all confidential so imo bidders will try to outbid each other. its not like mates having beer and asking whats your bid and lets keep it to this. believe it or not IFL board is in very strong position to negotiate and they wouldn’t accept anything less than $5. so bidders would be strategising what offer will get them IFL If I am bidder I would perhaps lock in aud rate via hedge positions.
