Wonder if they just lob lower bids and go hostile. The board may reject it being less than $5.
Everyone saves face. It's left to major holders to decide if they want to back IFL or take the money offered. Say $4.20-$4.80.
But then again it will be left to both Bain and CC to out compete each other and Brookfield again.
So the surest way for either CC and Bain is lob $5 or walk.
Or they can do it the hard and long way. I think they will choose the easy way.
