If you bother to open up the announcment in this thread you will note the following quote "Both bidders have separately and independently submitted increased proposals at a price of A$5.00 cash per share."
The buyers have set the price. It doesn't matter what IFL says they want to accept or not. The initiation of the current price is by the buyer and that remains a ceiling unless we hear otherwise from them. It is their ceiling.
