Such as non-binding bids but 3 interested parties, someone has pulled out when there is 2 players, No profit growth but there is funds growth (profits a now issue and funds growth is stratguc important), NAB taking up the option but not looking at it in detail why now taken not tomorrow or when $5 bid is announced.
