"Bain Capital sell-down allocated Tower Limited (“Tower”) has received confirmation from Bain Capital that the full shareholding of 68,306,802 shares in Tower (held by Dent Issuer Designated Activity Company) has been allocated to investors as further set out in its substantial product holder notice dated 1 April 2025. Accordingly, further to Tower’s trading halt application of 30 March 2025, Tower has requested the lifting of the trading halt on each of NZX and ASX with effect from the open of trading on each exchange on 1 April 2025."
