I believe there is nothing to suggest the bids in play won’t go through. The market is retracing due to the global political mess underway and IFL, TO bids or no TO bids in play, is not immune. I have been weary the stock traded below any updated bid hence the skeptical stance amongst traders. Since exiting at 4.75 recently this is worth a thought on re entry at these levels with some risk off the table and priced in should bids fall through.
