said it earlier... but if this whole process of approaching Iberdola was due to finance limitations... why not approach shareholders & instos for a CR to move foreward???

Shame I didn't think of that when speaking to Peter... perhaps something to ask if many continuing to hold results in less than a 50% uptake by offer... end of the day - they need another 30% on top of their TCI stake to get to majority holding... will be interesting to see how this pans out if no other offer appears...
