Whole thing sounds alike a contradiction to me, there is no information that backs up their view in supporting this offer. Going by the information provided, the board should be recommending people sell on market at anything over the current offer.
My only take-aways from this document are...
- Iberdrola have 3.768 billion of cash on deposit and cash equivalents.
- Iberdrola are truly massive renewable company, by comparison it would be a bit like Infigen buying out a farmer who has 20kw solar system on his dairy shed.
