not sure 'something going on', but do agree that the company is starting to get noticed. Recent instance of Alibaba's Taobao having to close all accounts that owners had not properly confirmed identity (to stop sale of fake goods) on the 400mln+ user platform, highlights the urgent need and application of ISX service.

With such low volumes and small market cap it doesn't take much to get prices moving quickly (up and down), so the one thing I am quietly confident of is volatility
