    given the stock was stuck stubbornly well below the share purchase plan price for the duration, SPP take up would be dismal beyond the underwritten component.

    this looks a real going concern issue. You have been warned.

    again, why have they built a new production facility and not signed any contracts for off-take? Have they not seen how hard it is first hand to get contracts for their existing product???
