    the Kentucky plan was their last hope
    they were out of cash and suddenly this new exciting offshoot was presented
    that was over 3 years ago and capital raises since then were all based on production at Kentucky
    it never has happened , the reult is just further debt and lossses to investors new and old and 3 more years of wages, bonuses and superannuation
    Someone has made a fortune from this contract , but its not the inverstors
