I’m not sure they will get the 75% in favour required for approval particularly as a lot of newer holders would be in the red or breaking even, 60-70c they are more likely to be successful. Hopefully MIN or someone else make an offer as it’s clear to others the company is for sale. I’ve been a holder from the PIO days, I’m kinda glad in a way the company is getting taken over management the deposit is essentially where it was 2-3 years ago.
