This concerns me as I had RAP share which were bought under a similar arrangement by Pfizer, it was dragged out for month and RAP was left in a position where there was little option but to accept as they had to borrow from Pfizer to keep the light on,and the if the debt was called the share price would have been decimated if they had to raise to pay back loan and have some working capital, there were of course other factors but l think shareholder were screwed over by big pharma
