remember the CEO Tim Spencer. Next time if you see a company managed by that useless guy, avoid it like a plague. He can't do mining operation, he can't do financial engineering. Less than a year ago when the SP was at 70c they rejected an offer saying offer price was too low. My guess is that the offer came in at 55-60c. SP never hit 60c again since then because the whole world knows the company is up for sale, i.e. this company is a flipper not a keeper. After all the drama, now he's telling everyone to sell at 50c. One of the 14 JORC compliant spodumene resources in AUS with 11Mt @ 1.2% Li2O is only worth 50c a share? What a joke...
