    They were pursuing DD on the offer, which should never have been entertained by management but THAT only seemingly became apparent to them based on the SP movement - and if not for the SP dictating as such, the company could’ve very easily been given away for next to nothing.

    If that doesn’t demonstrate the epitome of incompetence, God help us with what does!
