Well guess what Timmy, it will take about a decade or more to get "matched up" which is why IGO want your deposit on the cheap you idiot!!!!

The offer reflects about $10/MT of ore, or approximately 1% of the price they could sell the DSO for currently (after costs).

A very nice earn for IGO / Tianqi - who seem to have very good (and opportunistic) management.

ESS on the other hand................ don't even really believe in the thematic, that prices will stay stronger for longer and they believe that supply/demand will just magically get matched up.

I hold quite a few shares across different entities.

My vote will be NO!! at 50 cents.

Hopefully within a few months, if the rest of the market is going well including other Lithium juniors, then a NO vote will likely not impact the SP at all and IGO will either need to sweeten the bid, or we get a new MD that can progress this project and realise value for shareholders.

Timmy has shown his hand and that he is not up the task, so if he can't create a bidding war, then step aside old mate and go and find another lifestyle junior on your little wage where you can cruise into retirement. We need a go-getter and someone with belief and knowledge.

Bluegoose I agree with the sentiment in your post. The Board and TS in my opinion have sold us short. What a steal if IGO manage to pick this up at $.50. You would want to be confident of an alternative bid of the Board are serious about maximising shareholder wealth.

I have over 1M shares and I will be voting a BIG NO to 50c.
