    So, an offer for 50c/share is made and yet, shareholders are happy to sell below that - and it's a substantial amount that's being traded!

    Something is not right here. It shouldn't be trading sideways in this range - and it's yet to touch 50c even after the offer was officially announced. There is no rationale to that!
