    Slight discount if the sale doesn't go through is my guess. I am 90% going to sell the rest of my holding of 150k shares. If it goes for 50c that's a lousy 5% extra and my capital is far better sitting in other stocks that that rate. Even a term deposit is going to give you 2% in the 6 months it'll take to close this deal
