    I got in a while back yes.

    Why I didn't sell then - no idea. Was expecting it to nudge $1, which was my target exit price. It is what it is.

    Fruit for the sideboard as they say.

    Will there be a counter offer? Doubt it somehow, but you never know with the market who will knock on the door. Management should come clean about the previous offer though.
