I think the offer is suspicious.

They offered 40% premium to what the SP was when proposed. The company jumped on it immediately even though not 3 weeks ago, they announced to the market the SS should be completed by January's end.

IMO, it then seems confusing why the company would then accept such an offer prematurely rather than simply wait a few weeks when the appraisal would be released and then contemplate the offer more thoroughly.

The SP should never have slipped back into the 30's. The mcap should never have dropped under 100mil. But management didn't really do much towards the back end of the year, especially to counter the negative market sentiment surrounding the overall eco-macro conditions most stocks ended up having to go through.
