When you consider that WSA have not locked away their offtake for Cosmos, you'd expect that this is worth considerably more to IGO than $3.36/sh.
I'm sure BPH was offering a very attractive offtake terms to WSA, but nothing was singed. My sense is that there is much more to follow here.
A move to $3.43 just now is slightly suggesting this as well.
