the wsa BOD UNANIMOUSLY approved the current bid, that means there is NO OTHER BID known or incoming

speculators think this bid is too low but not the wsa BOD & even if they sweeten it a bit with scrip or more bond debt it doesnt matter, its about CONTROL.

price is irrelevant as IGO can cover any counterbid & they have the whole wsa BOD in their pocket now with their mates Macquarie in tow also, very smart move,
