    The nickel sulphate refining plant is likely to be in Kwinana near the lithium one for lower shipping costs.

    IGO is going to process it in different way - nickel concentrate directly to nickel sulphate.

    Peter to challenge BHP unless IGO got takeover later on.

    Also, IGO will own 21% PAN & 15% MCR after the transaction.
