BHP has dibs on the Cosmos mine? What does that mean?
My understanding is that offtake negotiations are currently taking place but are no doubt on hold due to this corporate activity. There's a specific reference in the documents.
BHP receives 50% of Forrestania concentrate, the contract for which expires next year.
As far as I can work out BHP is at risk of losing Forrestania (not much left) and has no contract for Odysseus.
You do realise that Cosmos and Odysseus are the same thing right?
