This will be the second failed takeover offer made by IGO. Who ever is advising them needs the boot. It could of captured the Nickel producers PAN and WSA during the low price environment a few years ago. Its shareholders will be pissed off with Management. Its probably made itself a takeover target now with all the cash it has on hand.
