It's odd that WPL has just published their Independent Expert report for its BHP merger.
The IE report was performed by KPMG (same as WSA's), and it is dated April 8, 2022 (today).
Yet.....we have not see the IE report from KPMG for WSA.
Come on WSA, you're holding out on us here.
We want to see our IE report which is presumably dated April 5 2022 (the day of our TH).
Don't think Dan should be shielding it from us considering he agreed to a weak-as-cats-piss offer initially. And shareholders have been bitching and moaning ever since.
Anything less than $4 will be an outrage. Blood should be spilled on the boardroom carpet if he agrees to anything less than that.
I'd prefer to go it alone....maybe Dan doesn't have the spine anymore.
