That's an absurdly high p-value to be claiming that the 216A is able to restore the spatial memory in TBI rats?? The results seem statistically insignificant and is basically coming down to flipping a coin.

Can someone share some insights on whether I've interpreted this wrong, because to me the results are unfortunately not as great as what the report is indicating.

I'm no expert, but I think the point is that the sham rats had no TBI so those with TBI+216A are effectively restored (to sham level)?
