So pleased - this was exactly what I hoped both updates would be about, but better yet: because I was hoping for the patent to be an expansion of coverage to include a secondary endpoint. Instead it is a powerful confirmation of the primary endpoint, based on interim analysis of the results.
Just yesterday we were discussing how there might be an indirect update on the trial results themselves in today's update... not only was there one, but it is pretty specific, and not so indirect! I could not be happier with this announcement. Confidence in the outcome of this phase 2b trial should be sky high right now, which, as Joel has said before, will represent an inflexion point of the company and it's valuation.
