Question from me - per page 12- average AHI baseline is 42.8 which is well within the "Severe" category.
All 3 dosage levels have transitioned the subject from the "Severe" to "Moderate" level. But not quite into Mild or Minimal.
Is this an issue - What is a realistic "end" AHI level for CPAP? Is this achieved via using the machine for a longer period of time?
That being said - perhaps we should not be looking at IHL-42x as a "silver bullet" so to speak which cures sleep apnea completely - but something that can reliably improve AHI levels and thus, quality of life and obviously burden on the healthcare system.
AHI levels:
None/Minimal: AHI < 5 per hour
Mild: AHI ≥ 5, but < 15 per hour
Moderate: AHI ≥ 15, but < 30 per hour
Severe: AHI ≥ 30 per hour
