I was reading an early 2020 presentation which states if phase 2b is successful, ihl 42x will be available for sale under the special access scheme.

this will mean ihl might be generating cashflow pretty soon. I wonder how is the special access scheme going?

Achieving FDA approval simply means IHL42 can be prescribed by doctors and eligible for PBS schemes. For reference phase 2 factorial will take a further 6 months while phase 3 will be 1 year long before FDA approval.
