Hi Speckled. Without trying to sound patronizing you may wish to research the importance of p values in relation to statistical analysis. Essentially, the lower the p value the lower the possibility these results could have occurred 'by chance'. The p values for this trial were very low (0.0067) meaning if this same test was repeated 100 times, there is only 0.0067% chance the results would be different. The number of participants does not matter and certainly does not make the results invalid as you claim.
