Some people on here will recall that this is a what happened with IHL before it’s massive rise from ~0.02 to ~0.09. A number of good announcements were released at that time and the market barely noticed/sold into them (lot of traders getting caught each time). Eventually some momentum came, day traders got sick of it and left, then it went up ~400% in a couple of months. May not be today or tomorrow, but these good announcements will eventually underpin the next big rerate for IHL IMO.
