Hey dalts whilst we do not know Ted’s estimate of 12 weeks seems to fit the indicative timeline in your post - 4-6 weeks stage 1 and stage 2 thereafter or to commence during the stage 1 period . I may be wrong but I see no reason why they cannot expedite and run both stages within the 12 weeks. Again I do not know the mechanics but they may even be in a position perhaps even start stage 2 within the stage 1 period .Just my thoughts on the matter . If positive they may expedite quickly .
