If you are talking OSA it is natural to use Resmed for comparison. Still it’s an apples to oranges as IHL/42X pill will be lot more interesting to doctors and patients due to compliance even if (not that is the case) the actual AHI index (relief in symptoms) experienced by patients could be marginally lower. Imagine that IHL-42X could be sold globally as a pill in any pharmacy vs the CPAP machines which requires specialist stores to hold and sell the equipment , specialist doctors, very specific use and maintenance … just simply beyond compare in terms of the market size which can actually be captured vs the CPAP machine.

As a SH we also need to be mindful that repeat prescriptions and use of pills daily (may be through the lifetime of a patient) will be a constant source of revenues and profits (just like Buffett’s analysis and purchase of Gillette where the disposable razor blades means people have to constantly buy them) vs a one time sale of a CPAP machine.
