we’ve been hearing that for nearly 3 months now. I believe we are heading back into the 6’s. I said a few weeks ago we are heading back into the 7’s and was told it won’t happen.... and here we are. Not trying to be negative just pointing out facts. I know we all want to hear the pretty words all the time but never put your head in the sand. There’s a lot to be learnt from BOT and their investors, as they were all upramping and didn’t want to face that their investment could fail. I know I’ll probably get a lot of stick for posting this....but anyways, You all know I’m long term but sometimes a little bit of reality is what is needed.
