I think you make a valid point. I have some rather slight concerns as to how quickly DR Sud has taken a stranglehold over this company too. At what point in time do we see a scenario where all decisions are made through him.
last 12 months a lot of collaboration agreements have been announced with bugger all follow through .Cannavalate being the exception. The oils ....How much did we order..how much is the cost and where are they.??? What fee will cannavalate be receiving for using their distribution pipelines. Are we now at the mercy of Cannavalate and their group of assembled doctors. The swinburne Uni set up is to a degree cannavalate too.
The lead brokers track record with ASX listed companies im still researching.... .placement price vs price 1 month /3months/6months later and any associations that are intertwined. I realize most of this is needed to take the company beyond a Speculative company and experts are needed and are valid....But Dr SUD sure does seem to have a slight stranglehold becoming evident.
