On that basis I think it reasonable to assume for the small size of the IPO that it will be over-subscribed and may well exceed all expectations.

So we will have $20M plus from the IPO, $10M in cash already held approx and $40M from Dr Suds oppies? Correct??

correct! i imagine it will at least be 2x oversubscribed so add another 27mill to that and the company would have 100mill+ to move forward with every trial. fingers crossed sud converts soon. im keen to see the half yearly report too and updated website should be a gem!
