Hi Phil, I disagree over the sector sentiment not weighing. It matters a great deal. The specs have been in a bad state, everything generally sold off or into.
Money isnt sticking around longer etc.

You are right about the newsflow but in a bullish environment it is not necessary for constant anns to result in more legs.

I am hoping our next round of newsflow coincides with a bullish spec market for the best possible results.
