It makes you wonder, if the main reason for buying or not buying a stock is 'it's a penny' then theses investors are quite dumb and us moving to the Nasdaq to cash in in this phycological nuance is just as dumb.
If an investor prepared a whole bunch of research and worked out this company has potential and is a great company but simply looked at the low price and said uh uh I'd be flabbergasted.
