I merely asked Joel about Statute 203 as a single data point for us to sample: that single data point is better than the complete absence of data we had regarding takeover risk prior to my inquiry. Again, you're welcome, despite your insults. Not my fault you have no manners.

But while we're at it, perhaps you should do some research as to what effect Statute 203 had on hostile takeovers after its introduction in 1988. The data is out there, and shows it has been very effective. But from your posting track record, data doesn't seem to encumber you that much so I won't be shocked if you don't look into it.
