ALL IMO
Fact - you need profits to issue dividends

IHL are years away from considering dividends.
Any profits from Clarion IMO should be used to develop IHL assets.
...and I expect the assets to be sold off or taken over before IHL get that opportunity of serious profits to consider a dividend. ...or I take the Capital Gain and sail off into the sunset.
