I see this as a growing up moment for the little Australian company. We dipped our toes into the USA on the ADR listing, but now we are growing into a legit World Business. Once everyone gets their head around the simple transition, I see this as an announcement that will increased volume and value of the SP in anticipation of now receiving a full share on the NASDAQ once transferred. Business will continue as is, in the lead up to this transition.
Remember - no extra shares will be created and we will now have 330M people potentially falling in love with the company instead of 25M.
Better the USA/World eyes on us as we embark on the OSA USA based phase 2/3 trial and the opening of Clarion Clinics.
