Yes we are absolutely undervalued compared to Atai and Compass. If you covert them to $Aud they are
Atai $A529m and Compass $A685m. If you apply the average of those 2 companies it would imply we are almost 3.5 times undervalued. Fair value would see us at around 38c equivalent. I know a broad comparison and assumes a lot but highlights how much the ASX is undervaluing our company. It would be silly to remain on the ASX and I’m 100% in support of the move. Well done board.
People forget the board own close to 20% of the company. Do you honestly think they would pursue this strategy if the didn’t believe it would be good for shareholders value.
